1. Who we are

2. Data we collect

We collect the information you knowingly submit through the needs-discussion form on this site:

• Your name;
• A contact we can reach (email or WhatsApp);
• The service you would like to discuss;
• The description of your challenge or need;
• The referring page and submission time (for context and security).

We do not ask for sensitive, financial, or confidential information through this form. Please do not send such information.

3. How data is used

• To get back to you and follow up on your consultation request;
• To prepare work stages and estimates relevant to your needs;
• To protect the form against abuse and spam.

4. Basis and storage

We process the data based on your consent when submitting the form, and store it using Google Apps Script and Google Sheets managed by Navinity. Data is kept for as long as needed to follow up on your request, and can be deleted on request.

5. Sharing data

We do not sell your data. It is accessible only to the relevant Navinity team and the service providers we use for operation (for example, Google as the form and storage provider).

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting hello@navinity.id. We will process such requests within a reasonable time.

7. Cookies and analytics

This site uses browser local storage to remember your language preference and promo status. We do not use that data to track you outside this site.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page with the update date shown above.
